BGW announces Christmas Town Dash

Busch Gardens Williamsbrug announced details for their ‘Christmas Town Dash’, a run through Christmas Town. The dash will take place on December 5th at 8:30am. Registration is open to everyone, but only 2,000 runners will be permitted so register soon before all the spots are filled.

Registration for this 8k run through the park costs $40 until September 1 (which I assume prices will go up after September 1 if slots are still open). The race will begin at the toll booth at 8:30am. Registration for the event will close on December 1st at 9pm. The main course is pretty hilly (you’ll be running through the park, so if you’ve ever been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg you’ll know what to expect). There will also be a ‘family friendly’ run with the cows from Chik-fil-a.
