This year marks the 21st year for Universal Orlando’s annual Halloween event, Halloween Horror Nights. With twenty years behind the event, the event has quite a history and has continued to morph year after year to bring new levels of terrors and scares to guests who partake in the event. Over the next twenty days, I will take a bit of time to look at the screams of the past and show you the history that has made halloween Horror Nights what it is today.
Halloween Horror Nights XVIII: Reflections of Fear was held for 23 nights from September 26th until November 1, 2008. The event featured “Bloody Mary” as the icon for the event. Bloody Mary was based on the urban legend. HHN 18 was the biggest event to-date with a total of 8 houses and 6 scarezones.
