Thrill Weekly Poll-Friendliest Theme Park Crowds

This is the last poll of the year! After the past two months of weekly polls, the end is where this idea actually began. We’ve seen the normal categories that adorn every “Best of” list, but it was this category that really started us thinking on the idea of an awards that was just a tad bit different. Suggested by a reader, it’s the Friendliest Theme Park Crowds. This is one that speaks volumes about a park, because so much goes into keeping a guest friendly.

Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is by far the most popular park on the planet. But what does that do to the crowds? Holiday World is a small quaint little park that brings in a lot of coaster fans with it’s amazing attractions. Busch Gardens Williamsburg is consistently voted as the most beautiful park in the world, but is that beauty enough to tame the savage tourist? A lot goes into keeping crowds tame and friendly. On  top of that, a lot of parks are naturally given to just having more laid back crowds.  But which park consistently has the friendliest crowds?

That’s for you to decide!

We’ve nominated 15 parks based on a variety of factors. Those factors include:

  • Reader reviews
  • News stories and reports
  • Attendance records
  • Other factors

Last year Sea World Orlando took home the honors of the friendliest theme park crowds with their high capacity shows, great food, amazing park layout, and of course world class rides.

You can vote once daily, so remember to keep checking back and cast your vote for your favorite park! The winners will be revealed in our special Thrill Weekly Awards-Best of 2011 in the first week of January!

If you are with a nominated park, we strongly recommend encouraging your Facebook fans, Twitter followers, and other social media outlets to vote for you daily. After all, if your fans do not know your park is nominated, they can’t vote for you!
Have Fun, and Good Luck!
