The Winter Park boutique hotel Alfond Inn will be hosting a “Yappy Hour” for animals and their human companions on July 23rd from 5-7pm .This free event will feature live doggie DJ, Pup-arazzi photographers, caricature artist to capture that special moment of you and your dog, doggie bags with treats and giveaways from Winter Park’s finest dog service vendors, even spa treatments for dogs. Plus “YappyHour” drink specials and barbecue food items for purchase for humans. Part of the proceeds from the event benefit The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, which educates, shelters, places and heals pets and their families with compassionate, responsible care maintained to the highest professional standards.
If you RSVP by 21st you can receive a complimentary red carpet photo of you and your dog, as well as a chance to win one of The Alfond Inn’s signature VIP (Very Important Pup) Packages featuring two nights in a classic dog-friendly room, keepsake water bowl, tennis balls, signature turndown treats, one complimentary ThunderShirt™, one complimentary dog walker session around Winter Park, a New Barker magazine and a donation to The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
