Construction on the coaster continues, as track is being installed and more work on the train station is being done. There is no official opening date as of right now, but “summer” is coming fast.

The new coaster marks the first new major coaster in the Orlando since 2009, when SeaWorld unveiled Manta and Universal Orlando unveiled Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. While there have been smaller coasters, both in Tampa and Orlando, nothing this big has been seen in at least five years. The 200 foot tall coaster will take riders along the outskirts of the park, and will send them swimming over the crowds, and through a newly reimagined Shark Realm.
