SeaWorld CEO to hold open forum for fans tonight

He had made waves with every aspect of the company, from the controversial decision to end theatrical shows, to the ending of Orca Breeding, to even partnering with the Humane Society of The US. Tonight, Joel Manby, SeaWorld CEO will answer fan questions in an open forum.

The email came to fans on Wednesday, saying that Mr. Manby would be taking part in the open forum.

Ever since the controversial decisions, fans have been calling for the CEO to step down, as they feel he has gone against everything that SeaWorld and the fans have fought against in the past year. Others, on the other hand, feel that he is taking the company in the right direction. Either way, it’s certainly making a lot of people take notice of the park.

The idea, however is for fans to be able to voice their opinions and questions to the CEO, and really have them listened to and answered. It’s really about getting your voice heard and getting your questions and concerns addressed by the man in charge.
The forum will happen at 7p.m. EST and requires pre-registration. The forum looks like a great chance to ask well presented questions, and possibly have them answered.
