Knott’s Scary Farm unveils Elvira’s last show, and new house details for 2017!

It’s almost here! Halloween and Haunt Season is right around the corner! While we don’t know all the gory details just yet, we’re getting enough to tide us over until the mayhem really begins. The best way to get some gory goodness? The huge Knott’s Scary Farm Panel at Midsumer Scream. The longest running theme park haunted attraction will return this year for select nights, beginning September 21st.

We’ve got the exact dates, and tickets are NOW ON SALE!

Here’s the dates for this year’s Knott’s Scary Farm:

September 21st-23rd, 28th-30th

October 1st, 5th-8th, 12th-15th, 19th-22nd, 26th-31st

Also some amazing news for those who love not only the haunted houses, but also the amazing rides, Knott’s will be offering their front of the line ticket, Fright Lane for the mazes AND Fast Lane for the rides! You can get both for one price, and one ticket.

Also returning is the Scary Farm Pass, which will give you access to every single night of the event for just $90 dollars.

This year will be a bit bittersweet for long time Scary Farm fans, as longtime hostess with the mostests returns for one final show. Elvira-Mistress of the Dark is back for an all new show. Sadly, this will be her last year at the park. She was a fixture from 1982 until 2001, but then returned to Knott’s in 2013 for a yearly show. This is her last hurrah, at least at Knott’s. We’ll miss all three of them.

Finally, the first house for Knott’s Scary Farm has been revealed. The Green Witch and her Tricksters will return for a new, amped up adventure. Trick or Treat: Lights Out will put guests in a pitch black haunted maze, and arm them with only a flashlight. The light will, naturally have some “issues”. The new take on the classic Trick or Treat will feature all new special effects, and some great new scares.

This is only the beginning for Knott’s Scary Farm, as the park will be rolling out tons of new details in the next few weeks. We can’t wait for the screaming to start!
