Bands, Brew&BBQ at Busch Gardens Tampa is a tradition of it’s own that brings together music from some of the hottest artists, BBQ from some of the area’s favorite restaurants, and of course beer. BEER! There will be over a 100 different varieties of beer at this year’s Bands Brew BBQ as the event gets even bigger for it’s sixth straight year.
Busch Gardens Tampa is bringing back the very popular Beer Festival for Bands Brew BBQ, and this year it’s expanded to over 100 different types of beer. The Beer Festival will be located along the Bands Brew BBQ pathway as well as in Gwazi Field and in the Desert Grill, Crown Colony Pub, and Zambia Smokehouse. Guests can purchase wristbands for unlimited sampling for $30 dollars or 2 for $50 for passholders.
In addition BBQ will be available from not only Busch Gardens but also Outback Steakhouse, Smokey Bones and Kojak’s House of Ribs. Plates vary in price and are not included with park admission.
Concerts will blare through Gwazi Park every Sunday. The line up includes:
- February 10-John Kay & Steppenwolf
- February 17-Barenaked Ladies
- February 24-The Doobie Brothers
- March 3-Goo Goo Dolls
Concerts are included in park admission, though space is limited to first come first serve. However, if you want to get not only a reserved seat, but also great BBQ, then Busch Gardens is bringing back the popular VIP Ticket. The VIP Ticket is $34.99 per person and includes priority reserved seating at center stage plus an entrée platter and non-alcoholic beverage at any festival tent location OR an entrée, one side salad, side dish or dessert, and a regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage from any of Busch Gardens’ restaurants.
