SeaWorld Orlando announces ‘Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island’ is closing to make way for new show

SeaWorld Orlando has a wide variety of shows for their visitors to see when they visit. Although they have a wide variety of shows, sometimes SeaWorld retires older shows to make way for a brand new show. Over the last several years, One Ocean has replaced Believe, and Shamu Celebration: Light up the Night has replaced Shamu Rocks. Next to be retired to make way for a brand new show will be Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island.

Clyde & Seamore

SeaWorld announced this morning that the hilarious Sea Lion show, featuring Clyde & Seamore, would be retired in just a few weeks. The show has been entertaining and making guests laugh for the last 15 years. August 10th will be the very last day for showings of Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island. Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island is the longest running show in SeaWorld Orlando’s history. Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island might be sailing off to sea one last time, but Clyde & Seamore will be back with new adventures soon.
Sea Lions Tonite is currently showing on a nightly basis during Summer Nights, which will also be wrapping up on August 10th. Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas will be back sometime in November just in time for SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration.

If you’re not able to make it back out to SeaWorld before August 10th, check out our entire photo gallery of photos from Clyde & Seamore Take Pirate Island below.
