Oswald The Lucky Rabbit has had a rough go. He’s gone almost unnoticed for decades, while that Mouse took all the credit. He’s not bitter though, he’s actually really happy about it! Over the past few years, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has a made a huge resurgence, and has grown in popularity as a new classic Disney character. Now the character is getting a new home at Disneyland Resort as Oswald comes home!
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit made his first Disney theme park appearance DisneySea in Tokyo earlier this year. Later this month, Oswald will be heading home to Disneyland Resort where he will be greeting guests at Disney’s California Adventure. The Disney Parks Blog reports that beginning September 14th, Oswald will be greeting guests on Buena Vista Street in Disney’s California Adventure!
The new meet and greet will be the perfect chance to get your picture with the long lost older brother of Mickey Mouse.
