Photo: Santa places a star on top of The Orlando Eye

With Christmas nearing, Santa will be flying through the skies of the world in less than a week. With such a large new attraction being built in Orlando, Santa wanted to make sure his reindeer knew to fly a little bit higher around The Orlando Eye.

To make sure his reindeer knew to fly a little bit higher, Santa placed a star at the top of the 400-foot tall structure that will soon take riders to the very top, offering quite a view of Orlando’s skyline. The Orlando Eye will be ready for riders in Spring of 2015. With the outer wheel nearly completed, the next step in construction will be to prepare it for the gondolas in which riders will ride in.
