Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens gets ready to “leak” gory details

Halloween is right around the corner. Okay, so maybe it’s not…maybe it’s quite a few months away, but that’s not going to stop those who love it from counting down the days until it happens. Howl O Scream at both, Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Busch Gardens Tampa is slowly leaking out some gory details, and it seems like that festering, oozing, sore isn’t going away anytime soon. What will be happening, and when can we expect to see even more details?

First up are some huge dates for Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The event has released the operating schedule for Howl O Scream, and it’s a doozy! The event will start two weeks later than in previous years, beginning on September 25th. While that seems like a bit of a cut in operations, it actually gets better. The event will run all the way until November 16th. More than two weeks after Halloween happens, and the park will still be getting bloody! That has to mean that something bigger for the October event is happening, and it’s got to be even gorier than before. If you’re keeping track, that is just ten days before the start if Christmastown at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Talk about a tight turn around time.

While the details about HowlOScream at Busch Gardens Williamsburg will not likely be out for some time, things are getting messy at Busch Gardens Tampa.
The official Twitter page has started giving off some huge teases.

Looks like tree bark to us, but what do you think it means? This will be the 16th anniversary of the event, and it will have some stiff competition with Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, as they celebrate 25 years of fear.

We could possibly learn a lot more in the coming days, as Howl O Scream will have a huge panel at this year’s Halloween Extreme event.

At 4p.m., in the Orange Ballroom, designers from Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa will be on hand to talk about the event. It could be a great place to talk about some of the secrets from this year’s event as well.
Visit the Halloween Extreme website for tickets and details!

This year promises to be big for Howl O Scream in both Tampa and Williamsburg, and it will be very interesting to see what happens.
