Jimmy Fallon continues construction at Universal Studios Florida

Jimmy Fallon is getting his own ride at Universal Studios Florida. Let that sink in. There’s going to be an attraction in which you get to see all the hi-jinks of the Tonight Show Host in theme park attraction form. The new ride is supposed to be open in 2017, and will take over the home of the former Twister attraction.

The ride building has added quite a few new features. While there is still work to be done on the outside facade, the majority of the work being done is now happening on the inside. While we’re not exactly sure what the new attraction will be like, there are rumors (some from Fallon himself) about it being a Kuka Robo Arm system, much like Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. We do know that you’re going to see some iconic New York City Landmarks, which kind of fits into the area that surrounds the attraction.

There is no official opening date for the attraction, but we’ll say that Universal should have it open for a summer 2017 opening date, especially since Fast and Furious Supercharged has been pushed back to 2018.
