Yes, yes…we know it’s only January, but for haunt freaks and fans of Halloween that means that we are just getting started. Halloween Horror Nights is like our Christmas, and we can’t wait to hear the screams, and see the terror on everyone’s faces. While there isn’t much to go on this early in the year, the one thing we might have are dates for this year’s event!
Universal Orlando’s planning site has unveiled potential dates for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights 27. The dates begin on September 20th, and go all the way until November 2nd.
Could it be? Probably not. September 20th is a Wednesday, and November 2nd is a Thursday…and that’s just for starters. The other big problem is that traditionally, HHN has started the second week in September, which would put it starting on the 15th. Halloween is a Tuesday this year, and traditionally the event runs until Halloween. Rarely does the event run into November, unless Halloween falls on a weekend. 2016 was an exception, and the event was given two extra days because of Hurricane Matthew.
What will the dates be? We’re going to go out on a limb and say that you can plan for September 15th-October 31st. Of course, nothing is official until Universal Orlando announces it. What will we see this year? Nothing has been announced but we do have some ideas…to be revealed later.
