Universal Studios Japan is going crazy for Minions. Last year, the park closed the Back to the Future attraction to make way for more Minion Mayhem. The new area will be about the largest in the world, and will include a huge Minions themed land with food, games and much more!
A new video showcases the opening date of the park, which will be in April.

Minions will open on April 21st at Universal Japan, and will include the Minion Mayhem Ride and much more.
A look at the latest concept art shows that the area will be full of new eateries, scenery and more. There even looks to be a flat ride, much like the one at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Universal Hollywood opened their own Minions area-Super Silly Fun Land in 2014. It’s a great recreation of the theme park from the film, and captures the fun of the movie.
Minion Park looks to dial up the craziness by about a thousand percent. The new area opens on April 21st at Universal Studios Japan!
