Volcano Bay is set to open at Universal Orlando this May. The new waterpark will be nestled between Cabana Bay Resort and I-4. There doesn’t seem to be any place at the park itself for parking, so the thought was that guests would be bussed over from the parking garage.

Now, we finally get a look at just how. A Universal Orlando fan spotted the Volcano Bay bus getting ready for runs.

The bus is absolutely huge and has the accordion style middle. This style usually holds over 100+ people, which will be necessary for the new waterpark. Guests will board the new busses at the current Universal Orlando parking garage, and will ride over to the park.

Construction on what looks like a dedicated bus lane for the park has been happening for the past few months. Signage is also up directing guests to a loading area for Volcano Bay on the first floor.

This style of bus is very similar to what other parks like Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, TX use.

What do you think about the new bus system?
