First Look Inside Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout at Disney California Adventure

We’re just a few days from the premiere of Disneyland’s newest(ish) attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout. With the recent sequel receiving massive praise and gaining huge box office momentum, the timing of this new attraction could not have been better as interest is at an all time high. In order to keep this brand momentum Disney has released a preview video with actor Benicio Del Toro who reprises his role as The Collector in the new attraction.

You can watch the full video (which runs about 1 minute) below. It also features dozens of new looks inside the queue, an area of the attraction which has been kept under wraps until now.

The back of the lobby now features a large video screen which will likely include The Collector explaining most of his recent acquisitions that are on display in the queue as you enter the building.

A closer look at some of the props include lots of throwbacks to past Disney attractions as well as past Marvel Cinematic Universe props. Seen in the photos below are one of Ultron’s Drones, an animatronic Cosmo, and much more.

Other areas of the attraction:

Of course there is also a lot of the new attraction that is not being shown, including the pre-show room, a better look at the loading area and the attraction experience itself. So fans have a lot more to look forward to when Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout opens this Saturday to the general public.
