Universal Japan has already announced that they will be bringing Christmas back to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Decorations, special spells, a huge Christmas tree and a special feast are all coming to the Wizarding World Japan on November 10th. In addition, the park will add the all new “Magical Nights-Winter Magic” show to Hogwarts Castle.
The new show will be very similar to what Universal Orlando, and Universal Hollywood is doing with their versions of the Wizarding World for Christmas. Universal Japan has embraced Christmas and Harry Potter in a big way.
Guests will be able to stroll through Hogsmeade as the Christmas season picks up, as every shop and restaurant is decorated in their Christmas best. Guests can gather around the Christmas tree, and even learn a special spell that activates ornaments on the tree.
The festivities will begin on November 10th, and will run until January 8th. The Christmas Castle show will happen nightly right before closing.
