Voodoo Doughtnut coming to Universal Orlando CityWalk!

Oh praise the gods of all things good and sugary! Voodoo Doughnuts is opening their first East Coast location, and it’s going to be smack dab in the middle of Universal Orlando’s CityWalk! What better way to either start, or end the day than to munch down on one of the dozens of varieties that the shop will offer. It’s been a wild success at Universal CityWalk in Hollywood, and it’s sure to be just as big (if not bigger) in Orlando.

Kenneth “Cat Daddy” Pogson and Tres Shannon created Voodoo Doughnut in Portland, Oregon in 2003. The pair had enjoyed experimenting with unique flavors to create eccentric pastries and they turned their passion into the phenomenon that is Voodoo Doughnut. As they say, the rest is history. Loved for its sinfully delicious, delightfully weird lineup of fried creations, Voodoo Doughnut will feature signature originals and one-of-a-kind delectables such as the Dirt Doughnut, the Bacon Maple Bar, Grape Ape and, of course, Voodoo Doll doughnuts.

Want to get a taste? Sure you do! Check out the delicious Voodoo Doughnuts at Universal CityWalk Hollywood!

The new Voodoo is expected to open in the spot previously occupied by Element Skate shop, right next to NBC Sports Grille. The shop is expected to open in Spring, which is right around the corner. Also expected to open this spring is Fast and Furious: Supercharged. The all new ride is just one of the many new things happening at Universal Orlando in 2018, and is pretty appropriately paired with Voodoo Doughnuts…which will give you a sugary supercharge of it’s own.
