First spot for Halloween Horror Nights Orlando takes us to the Upside Down of Stranger Things

True fear comes from within! It’s getting so close! Halloween Nights at Universal rolls out in just about three weeks at both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, and this year just sounds epic. Now to get your excitement levels up even further comes the first tv spot for HHN, which just turns us…upside down.

I love the feel of the commercial, which touches on just about everything for the event, minus the original houses. The version above also seems to be lined up with Orlando, as it talks about the event having more houses than ever.

But really I love the inclusion of the dark place that Eleven travels to, with water all around, where she first experiences the Demigorgon and the Upside Down. The inclusion of Poltergeist and Michael Myers adds to it.

This year, in case you haven’t been paying attention, will see epic line ups at both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood.

In Hollywood:

Guests can experience mazes based on The First Purge, Trick r Treat, Classic Universal Monsters, Blumhouse of Horrors, Halloween 4, Poltergeist and of course Stranger Things. The Terror Tram will be an original creation, with sinister TV clown Hollywood Harry making a comeback.

In Orlando

Guests will experience Blumhouse of Horrors, Stranger Things, Halloween 4, Trick r Treat, Poltergeist and five all new original houses from the twisted minds of Universal creative. The streets will also come to life with the horror of the 80’s with Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Revenge of Chucky, along with three other original scare zones.

Tickets are now on sale, and the event will start on September 14th for select nights through November 3rd.
