One summer will change everything, as Netflix will debut Stranger Things 3 on July 4th, 2019. The show made the announcement with a New Year’s Eve teaser trailer that dropped right at the stroke of midnight.
The new season will take place in the summer of 1985, and will see things happening at the Hawkins Mall. Naturally, we don’t know exactly what is going to happen, but if early teases, and a video game are any indication, there will be a lot of government agents, more monsters and tons of 80’s references.
Meanwhile, we can likely expect Season 2 to make its debut at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal parks around the world. The last installment made HHN 28 one of the best to date, and a second dose should mean even more fans flocking to the event.
