Well that was…FAST. Universal Orlando has declared Fast and Furious Supercharged, the newest attraction at Universal Studios Florida to be officially open.
The new attraction takes guests into a gasoline fueled adventure through the California streets, as Dom, Letty, Roman and the rest of the Fast and Furious crew battle against Owen Shaw.
During the experience, guests will:
• Join up with the Fast crew as they feel what it’s like to step into their favorite Fast & Furious film;
•Immerse themselves in an authentic recreation of the Fast & Furious crew’s warehouse headquarters – filled with actual props, iconic scenes, authentic details and supercharged vehicles from the films;
• Ride with the family and crew as the films’ soundtracks pump, vehicles flip, rockets fire – and the action builds;
• Check out more than a dozen of the supercharged cars from the films – including some of the ones driven by their favorite characters.
Guests will also be able to take part in a new game on the official Universal Orlando app, while they wait for their time to ride, and explore the cars and shows that wait inside.

The new ride will have a grand opening celebration on May 2nd, where some of the superstars from the film will be on hand for a massive moment. We will be there, and will be streaming live and will have tons of pictures and video from not only the event but also inside the attraction, along with interviews with the creative team behind it.
