In the dark of the night, The Fury is slowly coming together at Busch Gardens Tampa, as the park readies for their newest attraction Falcon’s Fury. The all new drop tower will open in 2014, and will be the first of it’s kind in the world, and the tallest freestanding drop tower in the world.
Guests leaving Howl o Scream saw the huge pieces for Falcon’s Fury sitting in a field near the park.
Twitter user @overcastkid sent us these shots of the tower pieces.
Falcon’s Fury should start seeing true vertical construction very soon. The Intamin drop tower will be over 330 feet tall and will push riders into a face down position before dropping them back towards the ground.
