Morey’s Piers announced a brand new attraction today, “It”, which is coming all the way from Netherlands to open during May of 2011. The ride will swing, spin, and fly riders to heights of over 65 feet. The ride will also offer a first of “its” kind lap bar system.
“We are proud to announce ‘it’ to our ride roster and know our guests will surely love “it”. “it” is just the beginning of our plans for the continued re-development of Surfside Pier,” says Jack Morey, Executive Vice President of Morey’s Piers.
The new attraction will be located at 26th street in North Wildwood. The attractions combines a swinging motion of up to 120 degrees with a rotating center. The ride will seat 24 passengers, all of which will face each other. For the first time ever, the attraction will feature lap bars, not the common over the shoulder restraints.
