Busch Gardens Williamsburg officially opened yesterday afternoon for their 36th season. This year looks to be a promising year for the park with the annoucement of changes coming to Oktoberfest, a Beer Garden, a Pretzel shop, and Mach Tower.
Since our sneak preview of the park last weekend during pass member preview, even more has changed within the park. Changes have been fairly significant this year.
Here’s a highlight of what’s going on with Oktoberfest and France.
A lot has really changed at the park for this year. On top of everything we pointed out last weekend, the park has installed several new fences, put Bunny foot prints onto the pathway leading up to the photo area with the Easter Bunny, removed the Garden Gate gift shop.. and hey, I didn’t notice that candle making shop before. Anyone know what was previously there?
And here’s even more photos from this weekend.

So far the park looks like they’re really trying to improve the theme park experience for their guests with new attractions, shops, and even making pathways wider.
