With less than five months to go, Universal Orlando will be unleashing a lot of information and teasers in the next couple of months regarding their annual Halloween event, Halloween Horror Nights. Today, Universal Orlando announced the official event dates, which means those who are traveling from afar can begin to plan their vacations.
Event dates are as follows for 2013:
September: 20, 21, 26, 27, 28, 29
October: 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 31
November: 1, 2
Twenty eight nights of terror! That is more event nights than the past few years. It’s also the first time since 2008 that the event has dipped into November. The event traditionally ends on Halloween, but when the weekend gets close enough the event usually takes it the extra few days. That coukd actually work out better for fans and those looking to avoid crowds as the days after Halloween are traditionally less crowded with many guests focusing on thanksgiving and Christmas.
