Universal Orlando is putting their wizards in overdrive as they prepare for the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley this summer. While there will be tons of new sights and experiences, the centerpiece of Diagon Alley will be the all new multi-sensory rode Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. Details have been scarce so far as a concealing charm has been cast, but very soon Universal will break the spell and release more information.
The Today Show has announced they will be unveiling new glimpses and a contest beginning May 13th, but in addition Universal will unleash New details about Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. The new ride will be the centerpiece of the new section, and will utilize a very immersive environment, from the outside of the building to the queue and ride itself.

May 13th will be the day that we learn a little more about the all new ride. It seems like Universal is really working hard to get the excitement level up to the same level it was in 2010 when The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter originally opened.
It seems that an opening date will be soon after that.
