Universal Orlando is getting even more social with their fans. Today the resort announced they now have an official blog where their fans and readers can find information, news, and never-before-seen things about Universal Orlando Resort. With launching their very own blog, this gives Universal Orlando to reach out to to a broad audience from fans to folks who are planning their vacations to Orlando in a brand new way. In looking at the brand new blog, there are already several posts for readers to enjoy, including an exciting post about Diagon Alley, which is scheduled to open this summer.
In launching the official blog, Universal Orlando has also released some very exciting concept art for Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts to further hype the excitement that surrounds The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley, which will open later this summer.

The art shows off the cavernous entrance to the vaults of Gringott’s Wizard Bank, as well as a ride vehicle that is very different from what we’ve seen in the films.
While the mine cart in the film has a very skeletal frame, it doesn’t seem very theme park friendly. The Wizards in Universal’s creative team will most likely have a way explaining the change with a clever plot twist, much like they did with Hermoine’s enchanted benches for Forbidden Journey.
Universal has everyone sitting on the edge of their seats right now. Just yesterday they released two very exciting videos – one teasing The Hogwarts Express and the other teasing Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. But that’s not where it all ends. Universal Orlando will keep everyone sitting on the edge of the seats for just a bit longer.

This coming Tuesday, May 13th, Universal Orlando will be releasing official details on Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is one of the most anticipated attractions scheduled to open in 2014 in the entire world. This groundbreaking attraction will put guests right into the middle of an epic adventure through the vaults of the Gringotts Bank.
