Universal Orlando’s Toothsome Chocolate Emporium pushes towards opening

Universal Orlando continues to push forward with new projects, even after recently officially opening Skull Island: Reign of Kong and Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort. The latest eatery in CityWalk is moving full “steam” ahead, as Toothsome Chocolate Emporium looks as if it’s getting ever closer to opening.

We take a look at the latest updates on the new restaurant, but work is progressing rapidly.

There is no set opening date on the new restaurant, but as you can see in the video above, it looks as if it could open at any time. Dare we hope for an opening before mid-September in time for Horror Nights?

More details are being added every single day, as new lamps are added, new pathways are being poured and now even the wheels in the top turn. Could we see steam billowing out of the smokestacks soon? Will it smell like chocolate? One can only hope!

Toothsome will not only have a steampunk feel to it, but the new restaurant will also feature a Steampunk robot mascot and owner. From the sounds of it, there will be little moments of fun added throughout the restaurant with a few live actors.
