Adventure? Excitement? A Jedi craves not these things…but good thing you’re not a Jedi, at least not yet! This weekend will mark the kick off of Lego Star Wars Days at Legoland Florida! The event is completely authorized by Lucasfilm, and features all of your favorite Star Wars characters…in Lego form.
Star Wars Celebration hit Orlando just a few short weeks ago, but if you didn’t want to brave the lines to see your favorite characters, Legoland is doubling the fun with two huge weekends. The fun will begin
from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14.
In MINILAND USA, young padawans can explore some of the most famous scenes from the Star Wars saga made out of 1.5 million LEGO bricks, including detailed displays inspired by the Star Wars films plus giant LEGO models of Darth Vader, Darth Maul and R2-D2.
Watch-Walk the path of the Jedi through Star Wars Miniland at Legoland Florida!
During these weekends visitors can create a giant LEGO Star Wars mural, Learn tips and tricks from LEGO Jedi Master Model Builders, and even dress up as their favorite LEGO Star Wars character to participate in a intergalactic costume parade. Families can even participate in a “Rookie or Wookie” trivia contest! If that wasn’t enough, you can even get your picture with the Dark Lord of the Brick himself-Lego Darth Vader!
All activities will take place both weekends and are included with all forms of park admission. No extra ticket or Jedi mind tricks required! It’s the only LEGO Star Wars theme park event in Central Florida.
