Slowly the pieces are starting to snap into place at Disney Springs. The long process of changing over from Downtown Disney to the new themed entertainment and dining district at Walt Disney World is unveiling another piece on September 30th, as Morimoto Asia is set to open.
The all new restaurant will feature a new menu by famed Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in his first ever Pan Asian restaurant. The new restaurant will feature a 36 foot tall, two story buding, with huge glass windows overlooking Disney Springs.
“I am excited to create a menu that allows so many of my favorite Asian flavors to come alive all in one place,” said chef Masaharu Morimoto. “I hope the guests at Morimoto Asia have as much fun eating this food as I have creating it.”
The restaurant will feature a 14 seat Sushi Bar, weekend brunch featuring Dim Sum, Asian beers, cocktails and much more.
The restaurant will be one of the featured new eateries in The Landing, one of four new neighborhoods coming to Disney Springs.
