Twister shut down at the beginning of November, and Universal Orlando has wasted zero time working on the new addition. Jimmy Fallon-Race Through New York will open in the park in 2017, but work has already begun as Twister looks to be all but gutted. Now we get a “sign” of things to come.
New signs have gone up on construction walls at the old Twister location showing off Fallon…well, just being Fallon.
The new signs are just the begiining, as we expect the entire building and area to change drastically over the next year and a half.
The new ride will take guests on a high speed, 4D chase through New York as Jimmy Fallon shows guests iconic areas of the Big Apple. The new attraction is slated for sometime in 2017, along with Fast & Furious Supercharged, and the new Volcano Bay waterpark.
