If you’re like us, and you wanted to know just what happened after the credits of the Lego Movie, your wait is almost over! Well, unless you’re waiting for Lego Movie 2, then you you have to wait a bit longer. BUT if you want to find out immediately what happened to Emmet, WyldStyle and the whole gang then all you have to do is make your way to Legoland Florida. Beginning this Friday, the park will be home to the all new Lego Movie 4D. To celebrate, the park has rolled out the red carpet, and introduced an all new award-The Emmet.
The all new Emmet Award will mark the entrance to the park’s Wells Fargo Fun Town Theater. The award was scaled down from the actual figures of Emmet, and will flank each side of the red carpet. The statues might look a little familiar, like maybe some guy named Oscar. The statues were designed to reflect a huge Hollywood event, and is one of several new enhancements outside the theater.
The new movie itself will be a 12 1/2 minute adventure that will see the original cast reprising their roles, and will pretty much pick up where the movie leaves off. The new film will be a 4D adventure, which will combine the 3D film with in theater effects such as wind, fog and more which will have the film bursting off the screen.
If that’s not enough, we will be live at the world premiere on Thursday night, and will be on the Red Carpet! We will be with a huge guest list that includes Nick, and Disney Channel Stars, Social Media Sensations and much more! The fun will kick off at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow night and we’ll be live tweeting, with video, pictures and much more!
The film will open to the public on Friday, and will be the kick off to the all new LEGO Movie Weekends at Legoland Florida!
