May 19th will see Ridley Scott return to the universe he created with Alien, in the new Alien: Covenant. It’s the direct sequel to the prequel Prometheus. Now, Fox has released a short film that gives a look at the crew that is to be on the menu for the newly created Aliens.
Empire has also released a new picture that gves a first look at the new planet that will be the setting for the carnage.
The crew thinks they are Landon on a lush new planet, ready to colonize, but it actually ends up holding a dark secret. In order to survive they must attempt a harrowing escape. The film is a direct sequel to Prometheus, and will see the characters of this film catch up with what happens at the end of Prometheus.
The film stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, Benjamin Rigby, and James Franco.
