2014 bodes a lot of new and exciting things to see and do through out Universal Orlando Resort. There will be a total of eight new venues opening at CityWalk this year, plus The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley opening this summer, plus an all new on-site hotel that will be opening soon: Cabana Bay Beach Resort.
Cabana Bay Beach Resort will bring many perks of that guests enjoy about staying on-site at Universal Orlando Resort. Perks include being within minutes of Citywalk or Universal’s theme parks, complimentary transportation by bus to Universal Orlando, and early park admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Cabana Bay Beach Resort will feature two massive pools, a 10-lane bowling alley, a food court, table-service restaurants, three lounges, a Starbucks, and a complimentary Physical Fitness studio when it is completed. According to Universal Orlando, the Lazy River Courtyard, The Hideaway Bar & Grill, and tower rooms will not be ready for guests until at least July 1st, 2014.
Florida Residents can save money when they stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort this Spring or Summer when they book a vacation between now and February 28th, 2014. Vacation dates must be between April 25th and June 5th (blockout dates apply: 5/23-5/25). Florida Residents will need to provide their Florida Drivers License at time of check-in to prove residency.
Florida Resident rates start at just $94 per night for Universal’s newest on-site hotel, Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Rates may vary from room to room and may be dependent on the day travel is booked for.
