Disney’s Animal Kingdom is getting ready to blow their huge expansion wide open, with all new experiences in 2016, followed by Pandora-World of Avatar in 2017. Today the Disney Parks Blog has announced that on top of all tbat, a brand new signature restaurant will be opening in 2016, just in time for other big attraction openings. Are you ready to celebrate the art of traveling?
Tiffins will celebrate the art of traveling by drawing inspiration in the look and the menu, from the other places around the world that inspired Animal Kingdom. The restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, with waterfront views and will be open for both lunch, and dinner.
The name of the restaurant comes from Indian food containers used during travel. It’s also the name of a midday snack.
There’s no word on where the restaurant will be, but if we had to guess, it will more than likely overlook the area where Rivers of Light will be. We can probably also expect to see some kind of premium viewing package at the restaurant as well.
