Reports flooded Twitter Friday afternoon when the Festival of Fantasy Parade cake to a screeching hault at Magic Kingdom. The Malificent float, which is steam punk inspired and blows fire, caught fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished, and no cast members or guests were hurt.

Here’s a video of the fire:
Needless to say, the Malificent portion of the Parade will be out of commission until the park can fix and figure out what happened to the float, and why it caught on fire.
There could be a chance that the entire parade could be scrubbed temporarily, though that seems unlikely.
