SeaWorld San Diego Introduces Expanded Seven Seas Food Festival

SeaWorld San Diego is getting ready for one of the biggest events of the year, the Seven Seas Food Festival! The festival has already started at SeaWorld Orlando, and has opened to rave reviews. Just like Orlando, SeaWorld San Diego is introducing more dishes, drinks, and dining realms than ever before with more than thirty new dishes and a Flavors of India area.

The Seven Seas Food Festival will take place on weekends from March 9th to April 28th. Visitors will be able to “sail” around the marine park, tasting delicacies from coastal areas all around the world. This year, park guests will be able to sample 55 different international foods, which is 33 more than last year. Alcoholic drinks from around the world will be available, including showcases from local breweries every week.

Although the food is the star of this event, there will be three areas with live performances. The SoCal Flavors Stage which is in the front of the park by Explorers’ Reef, will feature local musicians. The French Flavors Stage will focus on instrumental music, and the Polynesian Flavors stage will feature amazing Hawaiian fire dancers.

The best way to enjoy the event is to buy a meal pass, which will allow you to purchase multiple samples at a reduced price. The 10-item card is $50 and the 15-item card is $65. Beer and wine can also be purchased a la carte either in sampler size or full size.
