Aquatica San Antonio is officially ready for the grand opening this weekend. Team member previews have come and gone, and tonight Aquatica will be hosting a pass member preview. If you happen to be in the area, Aquatica will have a limited number of wristbands available for the event, so stop by. If you don’t have a pass to Aquatica, you can always opt to upgrade at the gate. Wristband distribution will be from 4p until 6p, with the event beginning at 6p.
On another note, Aquatica posted a great time lapse video, showing off the construction of several of their pools plus Sting Ray Falls. Sting Ray Falls will take riders down a tube by raft into an under water grotto where various types of Rays and other tropical fish can be viewed. The time lapse was shot between February through this month.
