Watch-Highlights from Universal Japans Groundbreaking Celebration
”SUPER NINTENDO WORLD” is an extensive and extremely thematic area that you can experience the fun of Nintendo games. Guests will be able to experience excitement and excitement, feeling as though they have entered the game of favorite Nintendo. In this project, the creative team who created the legendary character of Nintendo and the world view and the creative team supporting Universal’s popular theme park are all working together. The area with the theme of “Nintendo” will be born at Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood.
It was also officially announced that the centerpiece attraction of the land will be based on the super popular property ‘Mario Kart’. As someone who grew up with Mario Kart, the interactivity and competitive nature of the game could really make for an engaging and dynamic new attraction. Mark Woodbury promised an immersive Mario Kart experience using technology that has never been seen before. We honestly cant wait to see how they pull it off, and what kind of Mario Kart experience Universal has in store.
Given the size of the parking lot and the compact look of the land this new area will run between 6-7 acres in total and is situated directly next to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter which was the last major expansion to open in 2014.
A new teaser was also revealed showing a full rendering of the new land very similar to the artwork that was shown in December. We now have a much clearer look at the layout and multilevel design of the land.
