CityWalk at Universal Studios Hollywood is continuing their evolution with an all new restaurant, this time in place of another landmark eatery.
Wolfgang Pucks at CityWalk closed earlier this month, and just over the weekend, walls for the all new Vivo Italian Kitchen have gone up. The restaurant is a Universal original creation which first opened at CityWalk at Universal Orlando. Vivo opened in 2014 at Universal Orlando, and is one of the property’s signature restaurants. It features handmade pasta, and authentic Italian dishes with homemade taste.
While there is no timeline on when the new restaurant will open, it is part of a growing renaissance at CityWalk Hollywood that already includes Margaritaville, a revamped Universal Cineplex and Voodoo Donuts to name just a few. It will be very interesting to see what happens with the rest of CityWalk in the next few years.
In the meantime, we are really excited for West Coasters to try Vivo!
