Hershey Park is already opening their huge new Chocolate Town area, which brings new shopping, dining and experiences to the park. Now, the park will put the finishing touches on the new land with a one of a kind experience, and the parks 15th coaster, CandyMonium. The new coaster is going to be brand new hyper-coaster, which will be the parks second Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) coaster.

“As The World’s Sweetest Coaster, Candymonium will truly merge fun and iconic Hershey brands to provide a thrilling experience our guests can only get in Hershey,” Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company President and CEO John Lawn said. “We worked with leading industry manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard to assemble a one-of-a-kind hypercoaster with the most airtime of any coaster in Hersheypark.”
And they’re doing just that with the new coaster which will feature a milk chocolate track, and candy themed cars. The new coaster will have a top speed of 76 miles per hour, as it takes the 210 foot drop. It will be the tallest, fastest and the longest at 4636 feet long. The new coaster will have several camel back hills for air time, a 123-degree hammerhead curve and will bank you around the parks Hershey Kiss fountain for a photo finish.
The new coaster is expected to open next year.
