Yeah, as we’ve been saying, theme parks raising prices are as inevitable as death and taxes. Universal Studios Hollywood raised their parking prices in Tuesday, tying Disneyland. Still, in the Southern California theme park arena, it’s not the highest price for parking, and it’s just a small increase.
While Orlando parks are quick to follow each other’s lead on price increases, Universal Studios Hollywood has just raised their parking prices from $17 dollars to $18. That comes about a year after Disneyland had their last increase. Knott’s Berry Farm is also currently at $17 dollars, and the highest in the area is Six Flags Magic Mountain, at $20 dollars, which is the same price as Walt Disney World in Florida, and Universal Orlando. That’s not even the highest in the Six Flags chain, which tops out at $25 dollars for a single day of parking.
