SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa have both raised their ticket prices, months after other Central Florida parks have done so. The increase is a meager $2 dollar increase that will raise the prices to just $99 dollars, which is still cheaper than one day tickets at Universal and Walt Disney World. However, like all good shoppers, if you buy in advance, you can save tons of money.
SeaWorld Orlando, and Busch Gardens Tampa are still two of the cheapest theme parks in Central Florida. The ticket price increase is months after both Universal and Disney have raised not only their daily theme park prices, but also their annual ticket prices. The cost of an annual pass at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens have not gone up. In fact, the parks are promoting their annual Fun Cards, which allows you to essentially pay for a day, and get the rest of the year for free. In this case, you pay for a day, and you get the rest of 2015, and all of 2016.
The tickets are great deals, even if you are only going to go one time each year, but if you’re looking at doing more than one day, you might want to look at some of the other annual passes, such as the ones that include parking. The cost of parking at SeaWorld Orlando has gone up a dollar to $18 dollars. That’s about on par with Disney and Universal.
Of course, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens both have EZ Pay available for most of their passes, so you can pay as little as $13 dollars a month for unlimited entry into one (or both, depending on your option) parks.
