The countdown to Cheetah Hunt is on – Sixteen days and counting until May 27th. With that said, Busch Gardens is working diligently to get things completed on time with finishing touches here and there.
Each piece of letters were carried out of the Cheetah Gifts shop and laid carefully on some white paper (if it even is paper)… A giant sheet of paper. Look how big the letters are compared to the guy carrying them.
Here’s that giant sheet of paper with the entrance sign laying on top of it.
After they moved all the letters from on top of it, it was used to assist in placing the sign.
Next comes the tabs that mark where the lettering actually goes. Looks confusing if you ask me.
And of course, along comes the actual sign. So far we’ve got “Cheeta”, maybe tomorrow we’ll have the “h Hunt”!
Rhino Rally was also closed today. I’m not quite sure why, but the elephants were also not out in their habitats today for guests to watch from the pathway.
