Earlier this year we saw Magic Bands at Walt Disney World unlock new experiences on rides and attractions throughout the Disney parks. Whether it’s a special good bye on It’s a Small World, your itinerary while waiting to board your train on Expedition: Everest or your name in lights at Rock n Roller Coaster, little touches have been made to tons of Disney attractions.
Now the person inaction is coming to your hotel, as your name is now featured in the on-site resorts.
How are they being used? One such way is in the “trophy case” at Disney’s All Star Sports Resort.
It’s simple, it’s fun and it’s just one more personal touch on your Disney vacation. We aren’t sure if there are other interactions at the other resorts, but this is one that we definitely notices during a recent trip.
