The Destination D23 panel revealed some pretty exciting stuff for the Florida parks on Saturday. One of the coolest was a new piece of concept art for Star Wars Land. While it doesn’t reveal anything groundbreaking or new, it does show off what the area will look like at night. Yes, there will be some more features to the land at night as it comes to life in a completely different light. How cool would it be if we see some more villainous characters as the sun goes down?
There is no expected opening date, but construction has begun in Orlando.
In more immediate news, Star Tours will get an all new mission in time for Episode 8 next year. Crews at Lucasfilm are already hard at work, and will be revealing more as next December gets closer.
