During the Investor Day presentation, Disney+ rolled out all of the new and exciting series and movies coming to the service. That included a new Star Wars live action series, a final series of The Clone Wars, and some information that all the Star Wars films will live under one roof.
For the first time since the purchase of Lucasfilm by Disney, all the Star Wars films will be available in one place, and that will be on Disney+. It includes all the theatrical films that will be coming out this year and in the future, but also the first two original trilogies that were released.
We’re not sure if that means the original theatrical versions of the films, but seeing that the series is coming up on the 45th anniversary, that could be a possibility, and a sure fire way to rope people into the new service.
We’ll have more on Disney+ throughout the day.
