Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld announced the completion of a five-year long renovation, which costed the hotel more than $35 million dollars. Renaissance Orlando, located directly across the street from Seaworld Orlando, is one of Seaworld’s hotel partners.
The five-year renovation which began in 2006 included several different aspects of the hotel from kitchens to suites.
- Revitalization to 23 second-floor meeting rooms
- Renovation of 65 suites
- Expansion to the pool area, including: a children’s interactive play area and an 8,000 square foot “function” lawn
- Interactive open kitchen for group functions, cooking classes, and other events
