Busch Gardens Tampa is getting ready for Howl O Scream, their annual scream inducing Halloween event. The park has opened up their all new “Shop of Horrors” with a sneak peek at all the terrors that lie ahead at this year’s Howl O Scream. We take a look around the newly opened shop, and browse the park to see the terror unfolding as construction commences.
The Howl O Scream Shop of Horrors has opened at Busch Gardens Tampa. Every year the shop opens with a plethora of horror themed goodness to fill your mind with images of the terrors to come. This year is no exception as the shop goes full Curse mode.
The very cool thing about Howl O Scream is that many of the houses get their own shirts. It’s great if the house is amazing. If the house isn’t…well, you might find it next year. The shop does have what appears to be a shirt for the all new Zombie killing house which will make it’s debut on September 26th.
Also in prime form is the theme for this year’s event. There’s a song that is cursed. If you listen to it, you become infected with it.
In the park, preparations are being made for the many haunted houses that will fill the night with screams. In the Tidal Wave queue, preparations are being made for what we think is Deadfall. The all new house will have guests going through a garden that is cursed by the dead souls who have died there.
In the all new house-Zombie Containment Unit, guests will face off against a horde of zombies and try to contain the monsters as they blast their way through. This is the second attraction announced this year which will be interactive, allowing guests to blast zombies. The first one was at Knott’s Scary Farm, and is a scare zone. This will have guests going through the confinements of a house trying their hands at trying to not only contain, but to survive the infection.
